Individually Quick Frozen, Organically grown with the highest quality standards
IQF products have outstanding quality and nutritive value. IQF foods are frozen by sending the individual items on a conveyor belt through a system that freezes the item extremely fast. No large ice crystals form in the food so flavor is retained. The food items are also separate after they've been frozen so there is no large block of ice which makes it easier to use for cooking and product manufacturing. IQF also promotes longer shelf-life - typically 1-2 years at 0°F.
